"I wanted to thank RDX for helping today with our issues!!! All is well now. Some work was being done near our server room and we think a worker bumped the thermostat. The heat buildup caused our "fund man" server to keep rebooting over and over.

RDX was very quick to look in the logs when I called in panic - they pointed out that DB2 went into crash recovery. RDX helped determine quickly that the server was rebooting over and over. We tracked that back to the heat and got it remedied. Thanks a ton, I really owe you all!"
