RDX Releases Mobile App to Enhance Customer Support Quality

PITTSBURGH – November 29, 2017 – RDX, the industry leader of remote data infrastructure services, is proud to announce the release of its mobile app, RDX GO, which provides customers on-the-go access to their critical database activities 24x7.

 

As mobile usage continues to surpass desktop usage, RDX identified the need for its customer base to be able to access mission-critical information about their database and operating system environments when they are unable to get to a computer. “Database issues often happen at the most inconvenient times,” said Rob Brown, Senior Vice President of RDX. “With RDX GO, our customers can gain peace of mind with the ability to stay up-to-date on the status of their environments anytime, anywhere right from their mobile devices.”

 

RDX GO allows customers to check the health of their servers and databases, submit and track service requests and incidents, and connect quickly to the RDX team in the event of an emergency. Customers also have the ability to request additional services through the app and customize their dashboards to filter requests and status reports based on personal preferences. “Because of RDX GO, our customers can gain the insight they need about their databases and operating systems to drive competitive advantage no matter where they are.
