RDX respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy. This policy describes the type of personally identifiable information we may collect or that you may provide when you download, install, or use the RDX mobile application or access or use the RDX website (collectively, our "Online Services"), as well as our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. This policy applies only to personal information we collect through the Online Services, and in email, text, and other electronic communications sent through them. The phrases "personally identifiable information" or "personal information" mean any information by which you can be identified, such as your name, address, email address, telephone number, etc.
This policy does not apply to information that we collect offline or on any other application or website, including those you may access through the Online Services. This policy also does not apply to information that you provide to, or that is collected by, any third party. These third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information on or through them.
Provide you with the Online Services and its contents, and any other information, products or services you request from us;
Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide your information;
Send you notices regarding your account, and updates or changes to the Online Services; and
We also may use your information for direct marketing purposes, behavioral advertising, and location-based functions. We may use your information to display advertisements to our advertisers' target audiences. Even though we do not disclose your personal information for these purposes without your consent, if you click on or otherwise interact with an advertisement, the advertiser may assume you meet its target criteria. The information we collect or you provide us helps us improve the Online Services and deliver a better and more personalized experience.
Third parties authorized to collect information about you or your device may include advertisers or analytics companies, such as Google Analytics and Flurry. Furthermore, without our cooperation, your mobile device manufacturer or provider also may collect information about you or your activities via the Online Services.
The Online Services may use Internet Protocol (IP) addresses. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider. We may collect IP addresses for purposes of system administration and to audit the use of the Online Services. Each time you use the Online Services and request one of our pages, our server logs your IP address. Although we log your session with us, we will not normally link your IP address to anything that can enable us to identify you.
We support the Do Not Track browser setting that allows you to choose, and tells the websites you visit, what kind of personal information you want to be collected. We will honor the Do Not Track preferences you set in your browser.
RDX prioritizes the privacy of its users. If you do not wish to provide personal information to create an account for purposes of using the Online Services, you may sign in through another platform, such as Facebook or Google. Keep in mind that you may not be able to access or use all the Online Services we provide without sharing your personal information.
You may provide information to be published or displayed on public areas of the Online Services (the "User Contributions"). Your User Contributions are posted and transmitted to others at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of third parties with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Additionally, although we take reasonable steps to protect your information, according to your preferences, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Thus, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
RDX may provide certain aggregate information we collect from users of the Online Services (e.g., statistics, sales, traffic patterns and services) to third parties who can assist RDX in analyzing and understanding the information and help us better provide our services. RDX also may provide certain aggregate information we collect from users to third parties to market their products or services or provide other targeted content to you, if you have not opted out of such disclosures. Should RDX share this aggregate information with third parties, it will not include any personally identifiable information.
RDX does not sell, rent, loan, share or otherwise disclose your personally identifiable information to any third parties. Only RDX or authorized agents have access to personal information provided by users of the Online Services.
RDX is the sole owner of all information collected via the Online Services, to the extent it is not otherwise owned by you or your company as provided in the Terms and Conditions or the Underlying Agreement (as defined in the Terms and Conditions). In addition, as we develop our business, we may sell our business or buy another business. In such transactions, personal information is generally one of the transferred business assets. In the event that RDX or substantially all RDX's assets are acquired, personal information about our users may be one of the transferred assets.

Please note that sometimes these requests may take some time to be effective, and if you delete certain information, you may not be able to continue to access certain portions of the Online Services without entering additional information.
If you delete your User Contributions from the Online Services, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached or archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Online Services, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Service for the RDX mobile application and website.
To request information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing or mailing purposes, please contact us using the information set out above.
RDX will take reasonable steps to protect your personally identifiable information that you transmit to RDX and through the Online Services from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. When we collect information from our users, it is stored in an area to which the general public does not have access. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to ensure that personal information is stored and treated responsibly. However, no means of data storage or internet transmission is ever fully secure, and RDX cannot guarantee that information transmitted via the Online Services will remain confidential at all times. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any security measures we provide.
Please bear in mind that anyone you provide with your log-in information will also have access to your account and personally identifiable information. If you use the Online Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device.
